Signing up with mea444 is free and straightforward. Head to the Register, fill in your full name as per your IC, an active Malaysian phone number, email address, and choose a password. Verify your phone number with the OTP code sent via SMS. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes, and your account is activated immediately upon successful OTP verification.

The minimum age is 18. mea444 enforces strict age verification during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to belong to an individual under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned. This is mea444's commitment to Responsible Gambling.

No. mea444 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Multiple accounts are a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. To update your phone number or email address, log in to your account and go to "Account Settings > Personal Information". Changing your phone number requires OTP verification from both your old and new number. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact mea444 support and submit a copy of your MyKad for identity verification.

To permanently close your account, contact the mea444 support team via live chat or email at support@mea444.ws. Before closure, you must withdraw all eligible balances from your account. The closure process takes 3 to 5 business days. Once closed, your phone number and email address can be used to register a new account in the future.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before you can make your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a photo of your valid MyKad or Malaysian passport along with a selfie of yourself holding the document. The process is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours. KYC only needs to be completed once for the duration of your membership.

Deposit & Payment Methods

The minimum deposit at mea444 is RM20. There is no variation in minimum deposit limits by payment method — all methods share the same minimum. The maximum daily deposit is RM100,000. For new players, we recommend starting with a deposit that suits your entertainment budget.

Deposits via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay are typically credited within 1 to 3 minutes. Deposits via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks) may take up to 5 minutes depending on the bank's processing speed. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, contact mea444 support with proof of payment (screenshot).

First, check your e-wallet or bank account to confirm whether the amount has been deducted. If it has been deducted but has not appeared in your mea444 account after 15 minutes, contact our support team via live chat and provide: your mea444 account number, transaction date and time, amount, payment method, and proof of payment (screenshot). We will investigate within 1 working hour.

No, mea444 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may impose their own nominal charges — this is beyond our control. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee policy before making a transaction.

Withdrawals & Payments

Log in to your account and go to "Wallet > Withdrawal". Select your preferred withdrawal method (DuitNow, TNG eWallet, GrabPay or bank account), enter the amount, and confirm with an OTP. Make sure your KYC is completed before making your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days.

The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and a maximum of RM50,000 per day. If the bonus balance has not yet met the rollover requirement, that bonus amount will not be included in the calculation of your withdrawable balance. Actual winnings (excluding bonuses) can be withdrawn at any time with no maximum limit for VIP members.

Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes. If it has been more than 2 hours, please check: (1) KYC is completed, (2) your balance is sufficient, (3) there are no outstanding rollover requirements. A withdrawal may be declined for several reasons: KYC is incomplete, bonus rollover requirements have not been met, your bank account or e-wallet details do not match the name registered with mea444, or there is activity that requires investigation. Bonus & Promotions

The welcome bonus is credited automatically after you make your first qualifying deposit. The sports bonus (100% up to RM200) and casino bonus (150% up to RM288) are separate promotions — make sure you select the correct bonus type before depositing. Rollover refers to the total wagering amount you must complete before a bonus can be withdrawn as cash. Example: A RM100 bonus with a 10× rollover means you need to place a total of RM1,000 in bets (RM100 × 10). Only bets made using the bonus balance count towards this requirement. Check the specific rollover terms for each promotion on the Promotions.

Bonus validity periods vary by promotion type. Welcome bonuses are typically valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Daily reload bonuses must be used within 24 hours. Weekly cashback must be claimed within 7 days. All bonus validity periods are clearly stated on the Promotions page and in your account notifications.

Yes. If you wish to cancel a bonus that has just been credited (before any bets have been placed using that bonus balance), contact our support team via live chat. Once the bonus is cancelled, your original deposit balance will be restored with no rollover conditions attached. However, once a bet has been placed using the bonus balance, cancellation is no longer possible.

The 5% weekly cashback is calculated based on your net losses for the week (Monday to Sunday). Cashback is automatically credited to your account every Tuesday. There is no maximum cashback cap and the rollover is only 1×. No application is required — mea444's system calculates and credits it automatically.
